courgettes salad with plum oil



I make use of this article to praise the talent of our friend Inoule. Her first book entitled "Verrine : La classe" is a real invitation for gourmands. Bakery classics such as Pizza or even French cheese raclette are made into verrines with distinction and class.

I did the same with my courgette salad.

What you will need:
2 courgettes
Some olive oil
1 table spoon of plum kernel oil
Wash the courgettes and cut them into cubes. Slightly fry them into olive oil. They should stay crunchy. Sprinkle them with plum kernel oil. Store in the fridge.

Virgin plum kernel oil is manufactured in South-West France. You will find this lovely perfumed oil in Lafayette Gourmet in Paris and in other cities too.
